This year, Biggeri+Universe held its very first Company Retreat in the vibrant city of Los Angeles!
Our gracious host, Cesar, welcomed team members from Mexico City, Los Angeles, Houston, Raleigh, and Atlanta. We gathered at his home to kick off the retreat with empanadas, choripán, and refreshing lemon-flavored cocktails. It was the first time we were all together in one place—and we were thrilled to officially welcome the newest addition to our team, Nancy Sanchez-Rivera.
Day 1: Wellness, Strategy & Sunshine
We began our retreat with a morning workout at Will Rogers Park, led by Cesar’s private trainer. With perfect weather as our backdrop, we focused on balance, breath, and mindfulness. Lunch at The Grove followed, complete with a bit of window shopping. In the afternoon, we shared market updates, insights, and set goals for the remainder of 2025.
With coverage across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, each of us focuses on sharing our growing Portfolio with Advisors in our respective regions.
From agency visits to industry events, we’ve been on the move since February—and we’re booked through December with our final stop at ILTM Cannes. These in-person moments with our Advisors are invaluable, and getting time together outside of events is even more meaningful.
Day 2: Exploring LA + Future Planning
The second day began with a bit of classic LA sightseeing—including the must-have Hollywood sign photos—followed by a delicious lunch at a local Argentine restaurant. We even made time for a sweet treat at Freddo, where we had a surprise celebrity sighting! The afternoon was dedicated to aligning on strategy for 2026 and exploring new opportunities and growth ahead for Biggeri+Universe.
Day 3: Celebration + Gratitude
Our final night wrapped with an unforgettable dinner at TAO. The food, the drinks, and most importantly, the company made for a perfect send-off. We’re incredibly grateful to be part of a team where kindness, compassion, and professionalism are not just values—they’re lived every day. Cesar, our beloved leader and friend, exemplifies this and ensures we all strive for the ever-elusive work-life balance.
As we approach Year 9, we look to Year 10 with excitement, deep gratitude, and a powerful sense of family. Thank you for being part of our journey.
