Nômade Cuisine 
Nômade cuisine breaks from the concept that formal dining is good dining, encouraging a way of gathering about relaxing in one’s environment. At Nômade, you will eat with your toes on the sand, backlit by the changing colors of the sky over the sea or around a long, communal table fashioned from a tree trunk. Nômade menus are made up of dishes that honor food as a natural resource, highlighting an abundance of local produce and simplicity of ingredients.
