Our recent trip to Thailand was nothing short of extraordinary — a seamless blend of luxury, local charm, and surprise discoveries that made it truly memorable.
We began our journey in the vibrant heart of Bangkok, where we stayed at the stunning Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok. This hotel is a true urban oasis, combining cutting-edge design with exceptional hospitality. One of the highlights was their world-class spa, easily among the best in the city a sanctuary of calm where expert therapists help you melt into relaxation.
The food and beverage offerings were equally impressive. From laid-back bites to refined cuisine, the standout was Ms. Jigger, their elegant Italian fine-dining restaurant. Creative cocktails, impeccable service, and rich, flavorful dishes made it an experience not to miss.
What makes Thailand so appealing is how far your money goes. Whether it’s luxury hotels, world-class food, or wellness experiences, you get exceptional value without sacrificing quality.
Next, we made our way to Khao Yai, a lush and scenic escape just a few hours from Bangkok.
Here, we stayed at the iconic InterContinental Khao Yai Resort, an imaginative retreat designed by the renowned Bill Bensley. The design concept is genius, restored train carriages turned into luxury suites, combining nostalgia with all the modern comforts. It’s whimsical, luxurious, and incredibly fun.
