Inspired by its surrounding ecosystem, Maresias oceanfront restaurant celebrates the local region of the Yucatan Peninsula. Maresias offers exquisitely crafted and light dishes inspired by the Earth and the sea, with a menu designed around ingredients that come from nature.

Ocumare Restaurant is a fine dining tribute to Mexico’s rich culinary heritage. Created by Chef Elias Silva, the menu pays homage to authentic Mexican gourmet, inviting diners on a surprising journey of flavor through the many regions of Mexico. The menu is made from scratch, with seasonal produce and traditional dishes. All vegetables are carefully collected from our organic garden, a sustainable food program with local communities of Yucatan. The restaurant is also known for its curated mixology experience based on Mexican distilleries and a boutique selection of natural and world-class wines.

Be Tulum Hotel: Strengthening a commitment to social impact and sustainability.

Since December 2019, Be Tulum has been offsetting tons of CO2 monthly in a reforestation program that benefits rural communities in Chiapas, Mexico, and mitigates global climate change. Through their Sustainability Department’s targeted and measurable efforts, all their events and operations are carbon neutral to ensure our role in addressing climate change in a significant way.
