• We will be in contact with your driver to inform him of your exact time of arrival
• We welcome you at the gate of the aircraft with a sign labeled with your name
• We expedite you through passport and customs checks

VIP Terminal Arrival

• Guests are greeted at the aircraft
• Tarmac transfer by car to a private VIP lounge

DEPARTURE

• The flight is closely monitored so as to inform you of any delays or cancellations
• We will be in continuous contact with your taxi or limousine chauffeur from the moment you leave your hotel or residence
• We will wait for you in an agreed-upon location
• We meet you at the car on the curbside
• We take care of all your luggage
• We assist you with your tax refund, if necessary
• We check your luggage at the priority counter of the airline
• We expedite you through passport and TSA checks
• We escort you to the airline VIP lounge or to the gate for pre-boarding

VIP Terminal Departure

• Guests are greeted at the VIP lounge’s private entrance
• Complimentary refreshments
• Passport and customs checks carried out by a dedicated security officer
• Assistance with VAT refund, if necessary
• Baggage check-in
• Anticipated boarding pass retrieval and delivery
